Recommendations

 

Follow these helpful tips to prolong the life of you new glasses:

  1. Always keep your glasses in a case when you are not wearing them.
  2. Never lay you lenses directly on any hard or abrasive surface that could cause scratches.
  3. Do not let anyone "try on" your glasses. This could cause the frame to stretch or fit improperly.
  4. To avoid scratching, never wipe your lenses when they are completely dry. Try to use Cleaning cloth, wash and reuse, when dirty.
  5. Have your glasses adjusted periodically. Screws can loosen over time, and your fit can change too.
  6. If your glasses break, don't attempt to repair them yourself. Bring your glasses to us and we'll repair them properly.

Policies

 

1). If patient purchases optional $10.00 insurance the following applies:

    • Frame:
      • Will repaired or replaced at N/C for 1 year from date of purchase (under normal use only one replacement per customer allowed.
      • Any further replacement will be done at 50%.

     

    • Lenses:
      • Will be covered by stripping and re-coating when applicable at N/C for 1 year from date of purchase.
      • If lens is damaged whereby lens replacement is needed the following lens would be replaced for a deductible:
        • Single vision $10.00 Bifocal
        • $20.00 Trifocal $30.00
        • Progressives at 50% off
    • Lens options and specialty lenses other than CR-39 would encompass a higher deductible fee upon replacement of that lens.
 2) Doctors Rx changes.
  • Lenses will be remade at a 20% discount if original Rx was made within prior 30 days.
  • If original Rx is from our office and within 30 days a new Rx is prescribed, lenses will be remade at N/C.

3) Canceled jobs:

    • Canceled lenses in process will be billed at 20%.

Upon dispensing of all eyewear patient agrees to accept products and or services as satisfactory whereby any condition or issue regarding products or services not questioned or specified to exist at time of pick up by individual would designate mishandling, misunderstanding, improper care an or misuse thereby not holding dispenser accountable on any and all issues brought forth at a future time.
